Since 1977, the law firm of Affleck & Gordon, P.C. has successfully represented thousands of Georgians suffering because of disability or injury. The firm was founded by Thomas Affleck, III who previously was Managing Attorney for Georgia Legal Services in Brunswick, Georgia. Partner Lawrence R. Gordon, with the firm since 1983, was Attorney Advisor to the Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Social Security Administration at the national level.

Mr. Affleck and Mr. Gordon are frequent lecturers on disability and injury matters. Their dedicated staff of 18, including attorneys, legal assistants, and support personnel, with their extensive knowledge of the legal and medical process, has been particularly successful in achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Because of that success, the firm's greatest source of new clients is referrals from old clients, as well as referrals from physicians and fellow attorneys who are aware of the firm's excellent reputation.
